The Associates is a family business, and now the second generation has been appointed to provide the same professional services and been in training for the last year. Peter & Lydia Swain are now happily (well sort of happy) being semi-retired. They are providing further extensive knowledge when needed so help is always on hand.

Peter is the main engine room controller, while Lydia provides those ‘do you understand’ moments. Their daughter, Nadine, has done her best to learn as much as possible, and has a firm grasp on the daily running and the deeper particulars of the business, however, her advisory team are never far away and more than happy to offer their support - and opinions - sometimes loudly…
