What type of licence do you need?

• A pub, tavern, bar, cafe, restaurant, entertainment venue needs an on-licence

• A bottle store or supermarket needs an off-licence

• A sports club, working men’s club or RSA needs a club licence

• For licensed business that are sold or change owners, you need a temporary authority until your new licence is processed

You and your staff who sell alcohol will need to have a manager onsite who holds a managers certification for on, off and club licensed premises (with the exception of BYO Restaurants).
